Crumbed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Chicken Goujon Sachet
  • 100g Mushrooms
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Quick fry mushrooms for 1-2 mins
  2. Mix 50ml water to Chicken Goujon sachet with salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat oven at 200 degrees for 2-3 minutes
  4. Lightly oil baking tray
  5. Lay the mixture on a plate and marinate the mushrooms.
  6. Place the mushrooms on the baking tray and cook for a further 5-7 minutes.
