5Fees and Payment
5.1 Programme fees
Programme fees are set out at the time of enrolment and vary by plan tier, medication type, and dose. Fees cover medication, clinical services, and programme support for each billing period. All prices include VAT where applicable.
5.2 Billing
Fees are charged monthly in advance. By enrolling, you authorise recurring payments on each billing date. You will receive a confirmation email and receipt for each payment.
5.3 Price changes
We may adjust Programme fees from time to time (for example, due to changes in medication wholesale costs or regulatory requirements). We will give you at least 30 days' written notice of any price increase. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel the Programme before the increase takes effect without affecting your eligibility for the Money-Back Promise (provided you have otherwise complied with these terms).
5.4 Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you and re-collect within 7 days. If payment remains outstanding after 14 days, we reserve the right to pause the Programme. Persistent non-payment (exceeding 30 days) may result in termination of the Programme and forfeiture of the Money-Back Promise.
6Medication and Prescribing
6.1 Licensed and unlicensed medicines
The Programme may involve the use of both MHRA-licensed and unlicensed ("special") medicines. Where an unlicensed medicine is prescribed, you will be informed of its regulatory status and written informed consent will be obtained in accordance with our Unlicensed Medicines Policy and the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
6.2 Independent clinical judgement
All prescribing decisions are made by our Prescribers in the exercise of independent clinical judgement. We do not guarantee that any particular medication, dose, or formulation will be prescribed. The Prescriber may at any time adjust your dose, change your medication, or discontinue treatment if they consider it clinically necessary.
6.3 Supply chain disruptions
Pharmaceutical supply chains are subject to disruptions outside our control. In the event of a medication shortage, we will use reasonable endeavours to source an equivalent alternative or adjust your treatment plan. Any period during which medication is unavailable due to a supply shortage beyond our control shall not count against the Programme Period for the purposes of the Money-Back Promise.
6.4 No returns on dispensed medication
In accordance with UK medicines legislation, prescription medication cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed and dispatched. See our Refund & Returns Policy for further details.
7Expected Outcomes and Limitations
7.1 Individual results vary
Weight loss outcomes differ from person to person. Factors including starting weight, adherence, individual metabolism, concurrent health conditions, and lifestyle choices all influence results. Statistics quoted on our website (such as average weight loss percentages or patient satisfaction figures) are based on internal programme data or published clinical trials and represent aggregated averages — they are not predictions of individual outcomes.
7.2 No guarantee of specific results
We do not guarantee any specific amount of weight loss. The Programme is designed to support you in achieving sustainable weight loss, but individual outcomes depend on multiple variables, many of which are outside our control.
7.3 Medical risks
All medications carry a risk of side effects. Common side effects of GLP-1 receptor agonists include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, and injection-site reactions. Rare but serious risks are discussed during your clinical consultation. You should report any side effects promptly so they can be managed appropriately.
812-Month Money-Back Promise
This section sets out the full terms of our Money-Back Promise.
8.1 The promise
If, after completing a continuous 12-month Programme Period in full compliance with these terms, you have not achieved a total body weight loss of at least 10% from your verified starting weight, we will refund the programme support and service fees you have paid during that 12-month period ("Qualifying Refund"). For the avoidance of doubt, the Qualifying Refund excludes the cost of medication, which is non-refundable once dispensed.
8.2 Eligibility conditions
The Money-Back Promise applies only if all of the following conditions are met:
- Continuous enrolment: You have been continuously enrolled in the Programme for a minimum of 12 consecutive months without a break exceeding 30 days (other than breaks caused by supply disruptions under Section 6.3);
- Medication adherence: You have taken your prescribed medication as directed for at least 80% of the Programme Period, as evidenced by prescription fulfilment records and patient-reported adherence;
- Consultation attendance: You have attended (or participated in) at least 75% of scheduled consultations, check-ins, and follow-ups;
- Weight logging: You have logged your weight at least once per week for at least 80% of the Programme Period;
- Full payment: All Programme fees have been paid in full and on time throughout the Programme Period;
- Truthful disclosure: All medical information provided by you during and prior to enrolment was accurate and complete;
- Good faith participation: You have made reasonable efforts to follow the nutritional and lifestyle guidance provided.
8.3 Exclusions
The Money-Back Promise does not apply in the following circumstances:
- You discontinued the Programme voluntarily before completing 12 months;
- Treatment was discontinued on clinical grounds by the Prescriber (e.g., due to adverse events, contraindications, or pregnancy);
- You failed to meet one or more eligibility conditions in Section 8.2;
- Your starting weight was not verified by the Clinic (verification occurs at enrolment through clinical consultation or verifiable documentation);
- You obtained GLP-1 medication from another provider during the Programme Period without our knowledge and written consent;
- You provided false or materially misleading medical information;
- The Programme was terminated due to non-payment under Section 5.4.

- Include your full name, date of enrolment, and current verified weight;
- We will review your claim against the eligibility conditions within 14 working days;
- If your claim is approved, the Qualifying Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days of approval.
8.5 Disputes
If your claim is declined and you disagree with the decision, you may request a review by writing to [email protected]. We will conduct an independent review and respond within 21 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to pursue resolution through the courts or alternative dispute resolution.
9Cancellation, Cooling-Off, and Pausing
9.1 14-day cooling-off period
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of enrolment without giving a reason. If medication has already been dispensed and dispatched within this period, the cost of that medication is non-refundable, but all other fees will be refunded.
9.2 Cancellation after the cooling-off period
You may cancel the Programme at any time by giving us 30 days' written notice. Cancellation before completing the 12-month Programme Period will forfeit your eligibility for the Money-Back Promise. Medication already dispensed is non-refundable. Any prepaid fees for unfulfilled periods will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
9.3 Pausing the programme
You may request a pause of up to 30 days per 12-month period for valid reasons (e.g., illness, travel). Pauses exceeding 30 days cumulative within the Programme Period may affect your eligibility for the Money-Back Promise. All pause requests must be made in writing and are subject to clinical approval.
9.4 Termination by the Clinic
We may terminate the Programme immediately if: (a) continuation poses a risk to your health in the Prescriber's clinical opinion; (b) you have provided false medical information; (c) you engage in abusive or threatening behaviour towards staff; or (d) you are in persistent breach of these terms. In such cases, we will refund any prepaid fees for unfulfilled periods, less the cost of medication already dispensed.
10Data Protection and Confidentiality
Your personal data, including sensitive health data, is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full details of how we collect, use, and protect your data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
We may use anonymised, aggregated programme outcome data for the purposes of service improvement, clinical audit, and marketing (e.g., publishing average weight loss statistics). Such data will not identify you personally.
11Limitation of Liability
11.1
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
11.2
Subject to Section 11.1, our total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with the Programme (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us during the relevant Programme Period.
11.3
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of income, loss of profits, or loss of anticipated savings.
12Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the Programme, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter promptly.

13Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Programme Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms.
If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland respectively.
14Changes to These Terms
We may update these Programme Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled patients by email at least 30 days before they take effect. The terms in force at the date of your enrolment will continue to apply to your current Programme Period unless you expressly agree to updated terms. The latest version of these terms is always available on our website.
15Severability
If any provision of these terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be deemed severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16Entire Agreement
These Programme Terms, together with our general Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, and Unlicensed Medicines Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Clinic in relation to the Programme and supersede all previous agreements, representations, and arrangements.
