Delivery terms and conditions for your orders

Our Shipping Terms

At The London Weight Loss Clinic (TLWLC), we aim to review your prescription request within 24 working hours of your order being placed (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Once your prescription is APPROVED, it will be dispatched as follows.

Your order will be packed discreetly using appropriate insulated materials and shipped via DPD Tracked Delivery. Please note: DPD aims to deliver within 24 hours once dispatched, but this is NOT guaranteed – please refer to their terms and conditions for full details.

Dispatch Schedule

Standard Dispatch Days

Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays – unless you have selected Saturday Delivery) to ensure delivery within 48 hours.

Orders placed after 11am on Thursday will usually be processed and dispatched (if approved) on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays), with delivery typically on Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on your location.

Tracking

Once your parcel has been scanned by DPD after collection, you will receive tracking details directly from the courier. You can follow the progress of your parcel and ensure someone is available to accept delivery.

By following your tracking link, you may also have the option to:

  • Change the delivery date
  • Provide delivery instructions
  • Redirect to a collection point

Failed Delivery or Collection

Important Notice

If no one is available at the delivery address, the parcel cannot be left unattended as a signature may be required.

DPD will typically attempt redelivery on the next working day, or you may choose from the alternative options offered in your tracking notifications.

Uncollected Parcels

If the parcel cannot be delivered and is not collected or redelivered within DPD's holding period, it will be returned to the pharmacy and DESTROYED.

In such circumstances, you will not be eligible for a replacement or refund. We apologise for any inconvenience or distress this may cause.

Refused Delivery

Refused Parcels

If a parcel is REFUSED at the delivery address, it will be RETURNED TO SENDER and subsequently DESTROYED.

In this instance, you will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
