Crispy Cup Cake

A delicious recipe from our nutritional support collection to help you on your weight loss journey.

Ingredients

  • Raspberries*
  • Fruits of the forest desert sachet
  • Oatmeal sachet
  • Silicone cake mould

Method

  1. Mix 75ml of cold water to the oatmeal sachet mix well
  2. Add mixture to the mould, press firmly for tighter structure
  3. Add 50ml of water to the Fruits of the forest desert add to top of oat mixture
  4. Add raspberries* to garnish
  5. Freeze for a further 10mins to allow mixtures to set (can consume these without freezing)
