Coconut Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • Coconut Drink

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a pan and whisk to combine.
  2. Heat until the mix boils, whisking constantly.
  3. Divide the mix into silicone moulds, alternatively you could place the mix into a bowl or ramekins.
  4. Allow to cool.
  5. Once chilled turn out of the mould and garnish as desired.
  6. Tip: serve with some granola, raspberries & mint.
