Coconut and Raspberry Cookies

Ingredients

  • 35g x water
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients until a dough is formed, then roll this into a ball.
  2. Divide this mix into four and shape into four cookies either by hand or using a cookie cutter ring.
  3. Place onto the silicon mat and top each with one Raspberry.
  4. Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for10 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. You may dust with more sweetener when they come out of the oven if desired.*** This recipe may be made with any of the creamy drink sachets or even the hot drink sachets. ***
