Cinnamon Rolls

A delicious recipe from our nutritional support collection to help you on your weight loss journey.

Ingredients

  • Silicone cake pop
  • Pizza base
  • 1tbs natural yogurt
  • Powdered cinnamon

Method

  1. Firstly pre heat oven to 250 degrees
  2. Measure 40ml of cold water into a bowl and add the contents of one sachet
  3. Mix until smooth paste is formed
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of powdered cinnamon to mixture and mix.
  5. Using your allowance of oil lightly grease silicone mould.
  6. Separate mixture into the mould allowing room for the mixture to rise
  7. Cook for 7-10mins
  8. Allow time to cool before adding natural yogurt to finish.
  9. (may want to add more cinnamon to top)
