Cauliflower Hash Browns

A delicious recipe from our nutritional support collection to help you on your weight loss journey.

Ingredients

  • ½ tsp x Garlic Salt
  • ½ tsp x Onion Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Heat a non-stick pan, spray with olive oil and sauté onions until well softened.
  2. Grate cauliflower into a large bowl, add onion, salts, pepper and beaten egg white.
  3. You can add herbs to taste or some chilli flakes /Cajun pepper to give these a little extra spice.
  4. Stir the mixture together and make four patties.
  5. Cook in a hot pan over a medium heat for 1-2mins until nicely browned, turn over and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove from the pan and place on a tray in the oven at 180°c for 8 –10 minutes
