Crêpes Suzette

Method

  1. For the crepe, mix the sachet with the water until smooth.
  2. Lightly oil a plate and pour the mix on.
  3. Microwave on full for 90 –120 seconds until the crepe is fully cooked.
  4. Remove from the plate gently and fold to your liking.
  5. For the sauce, gently melt the sugar in a pan to forma light caramel. Deglaze with the satsuma juice and bring to a boil.
  6. Add the segments until lightly poached then tear some basil through the sauce.
  7. Pour over the pancake and serve.
