Apply the Dose
Spray the prescribed number of sprays under your tongue (sublingual area).
Hold for 5+ Minutes
Keep the spray under your tongue for a minimum of 5 minutes. Longer is better for maximum absorption.
Avoid Eating/Drinking
Do not eat or drink anything for 30-60 minutes after application to ensure complete absorption.
Tip: If you can still taste the spearmint-peppermint flavour, that means the spray is still in your mouth and absorption is continuing.
